The deal

What you’re actually
signing up for

01

We write the brief

You get a short brief with the hook, the beats and the call to action already worked out, so there’s no blank page and no guessing what the brand wants.

02

You shoot it

On your phone, in your own space and in your own voice. Most briefs are a 30 to 60 second vertical video and take under an hour.

03

You get paid

You’re paid per accepted video rather than per follower or per view, and invoices go out weekly once your work is approved.

One roster with a lot of different briefs on it. Lumina runs campaigns for ecommerce, apps, finance, gaming and Web3 brands, so what lands in your inbox depends on what you actually want to make. The form asks for your niche and the categories you’d rather skip, and we hold to that, so you’ll never be pushed a brief you said no to.

Before you apply

The questions
everyone asks

Do I need a big following?

No, and there’s no follower minimum on this form. Brands book creators for the content itself, and a lot of what we commission never gets posted to the creator’s own account at all because it runs as paid media on the brand’s channels. A tight, well‑shot video from a 400‑follower account beats a lazy one from a big page every time.

What do I actually have to make?

Mostly short vertical video, whether that’s a talking head to camera, an unboxing, a screen recording with a voiceover, a reaction or a quick walkthrough. The brief tells you which one and roughly how it should open, and you’re never asked to write the strategy.

Do I have to show my face?

No. Voiceover‑only work is a real category here and some of our steadiest creators never appear on camera. The form asks which you prefer and we match you to briefs that fit.

How much does it pay?

It depends on the brief, specifically the length, whether it’s usage‑licensed for paid ads, and how much editing it needs. Rates are agreed per brief before you shoot anything so you always know the number in advance, and nobody works on spec.

How soon will I hear back?

We review new creators every week and email you either way, so you’re never left wondering. If you look like a fit we send a short paid trial brief rather than putting you through a long interview.

What happens to my details?

They go into our creator roster so we can match you to briefs and contact you about them, and that’s it. We don’t sell them on and we don’t add you to a marketing list, and you can ask us to delete them any time.

Ready when you are.
