Getting started

  • We build and run short-form creator campaigns end to end. We write the brief, match your brand to creators in our verified network, produce and edit the videos, get them posted across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, then report on what shipped. You approve the direction and we do the rest.

  • Creators are matched to your niche within 48 hours of the call, and finished, on-brand videos typically land in 3 to 5 days. If your content, goals and brand guidelines are ready, a campaign can go live within 24 to 72 hours of the call. What slows a launch down is almost never production, it’s waiting on assets and approvals, so the faster those land the faster you’re live.

  • Three things. The outcome that matters to you, so we know what to guarantee against. Your brand guidelines, including anything we must never say. And your source material or product, so creators have something real to work with. Everything else is our job.

  • No, and that’s the whole point. Your reach comes from a network of independent creator accounts rather than your own follower count, so a brand starting at zero and a brand with a million followers get distribution the same way.

  • Campaigns start at a $5,000 minimum, priced on a custom CPM per 1,000 verified views. There’s no fixed package beyond that, so we scope the exact volume and rate with you on the first call.

Pricing and the guarantee

  • On a CPM basis, priced per 1,000 verified views. Pricing is custom and scoped to your campaign, so a bigger budget buys wider distribution rather than a longer invoice. You see the rate and the guaranteed volume in the same document, before you commit to anything.

  • Because the video isn’t the outcome you’re buying. Twenty videos nobody sees is a worse result than five that travel, and per-video pricing quietly rewards the wrong one. Pricing against delivered views puts our incentive on the same side as yours.

  • Whatever is written into your campaign agreement and nothing beyond it, which is usually a view count, a number of finished videos, a number of uploads or some combination, together with the window it’s measured over and the accounts it’s measured on. If a number isn’t in that document, it isn’t a guarantee.

  • The remedy is agreed with you in writing before production starts and sits in the same document as the target, so nobody ends up negotiating it under pressure after the fact. Ask for it on the first call, because a guarantee with no stated consequence is just a sentence.

  • Nothing changes on your invoice, because the guarantee is a floor rather than a ceiling. Every extra organic view belongs to you, with no success fee and no retroactive top-up.

  • No, and be careful with anyone who does, since nobody controls which video a platform decides to push. What we guarantee is real distribution at the volume we agreed, on real creator accounts, with verified views only, because that’s the part anyone can promise honestly.

Content and ownership

  • You do. Once the campaign is paid for, the rights in the finished videos are assigned to you fully and irrevocably, with no licence window, no renewal fee and no quiet expiry twelve months later. Plenty of brands find out too late that they only rented the footage.

  • Yes. Paid usage sits inside the same assignment, so there’s no separate licence and no per-platform fee. If you specifically want creator-linked ad formats like TikTok Spark Ads or Meta Partnership Ads, say so at brief stage, since those run off the creator’s own account and need their authorisation, which is easy to arrange up front and awkward to chase afterwards.

  • Long-form talking content gives you the most to work with, since a single podcast episode or long video usually yields 20 to 40 clippable moments. Interviews, webinars, livestreams, AMAs and founder talks all work well, and roughly anything over 20 minutes is worth cutting. If you have no long-form at all, we shoot for you instead.

  • Most discovery feed videos perform best between 12 and 35 seconds, with the hook landing in the first one to two seconds. Captions are on by default, since a large share of the audience watches on mute and a video nobody can follow silently is a video nobody finishes.

  • Campaigns run on our verified network by default, because the guarantee depends on creators we already have performance history for. If you have creators you want involved, bring them, and we’ll fold them into the brief and treat their output as an addition to the guaranteed volume rather than a substitute for it.

  • Every creator works from your brief, including the list of things we must never say, and our team reviews every video before it goes live so nothing publishes without passing that review. If your legal or compliance team needs to sit in the approval chain, we build them into the workflow rather than around it.

Results and reporting

  • Real. Every view comes from a real creator’s audience, gets tracked on a live dashboard, and passes anti-bot detection across the network. It’s the single easiest place for an agency to cheat a report, which is exactly why we let you watch the numbers move yourself.

  • A live dashboard tracks views, likes, comments and shares in real time, with regular written reporting alongside it. You never wait until the end of the month to find out how it’s going, and you never have to take our word for the total.

  • It depends on your content and budget, and the effect compounds. One product launch video did about 1 million views on the brand’s own channels, and cut into the 4,000+ videos we distributed for them the same footage did 57 million. Across all campaigns on the Lumina network we’ve delivered more than 18 billion views.

  • Then we look at the funnel rather than the feed. Attention is the part we control, and whether it converts depends on your offer, your pricing and your landing page. We’ll say that before you sign rather than after, and if we think the metric you’re chasing is the wrong one you’ll hear it on the first call.

Working with us

  • TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, usually at the same time, because running one campaign across all four is what makes a brand feel unavoidable for a week rather than briefly visible on one app.

  • Our strongest verticals are SaaS and AI products, crypto and Web3, music and artists, podcasts and founder brands, and we also run consumer, beauty, health and finance campaigns. If a category is genuinely new to us we’ll say so rather than pretend, and price the learning curve on our side.

  • Yes. The network spans multiple countries and languages, and creators are matched to the market you’re selling in rather than translated into it after the fact. Tell us the regions that matter and we’ll build the creator mix around them.

  • Only if you want to. We write every brief, run the schedules and handle all the creator communication, so the campaign never becomes a second job. You’re welcome in the loop, but nothing depends on you being in it.

  • No. Influencer marketing buys a handful of posts from a few large accounts and hopes the audience overlaps, while this puts your message across a large number of creator accounts at once. That’s why the reach gets measured in millions rather than in a media kit.

  • We’re the UGC arm of Lumina Clippers, founded in 2025 by Rhys McKay. The company behind both is COGNOVATE LABS FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates. The team is small, senior and reachable, so you talk to the people running your campaign rather than an account manager relaying messages.

  • It depends on who’s going to do the work. A platform sells you access and software, and the campaign stays your job, meaning shortlisting, briefing, chasing revisions and checking rights. We sell the finished outcome instead, with a minimum written into the agreement before production starts. Brands with an in-house content lead often do well on a platform, and brands without one usually don’t.

  • Per video, often yes. Per result, usually not, once you count the hours spent sourcing, briefing, chasing revisions and settling usage rights, plus the videos that come back unusable. The honest test is whether someone on your team has that time and wants the job. If they do, hire freelancers directly. If they do not, the work does not disappear, it lands on whoever is least able to absorb it. We break the comparison down on our hire UGC creators page.

  • Yes, and TikTok is one of the surfaces on most campaigns we run, alongside Reels, Shorts and X. Where TikTok is the priority we scope the creator mix, the hook count and the reporting around it from the start. Our TikTok UGC agency page covers the format requirements and how the process differs.
